You can have thick yogurt or diluted in a drink form. You may also use hung yogurt in salads, desserts, and cooking recipes.

Eat yogurt  with all meals if possible. It is best to eat it with breakfast.

  • Eat yogurt as a dessert. You may eat it with a tea spoon of honey.
  • Add chopped fruit such as apple, pineapple, strawberry, peach to plain yogurt and have it as a snack or a dessert.

  • Dilute yogurt with lots of water. Add a pinch of sea salt or rock salt, grated ginger, black pepper powder for taste and flavor. Have this watery buttermilk in summer and keep yourself cool. This is a common drink in India.
  • Use yogurt in smoothies. You will get a creamier smoothie.
